Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the use of the Cyprus Bus Rentals website (www.cyprusbusrentals.com) and to quotes and bookings made through it. If you have any questions, contact us on +44 203 834 3211 or info@cyprusbusrentals.com.

Quotes

• Our service is 100% free to use. Requesting a quote does not commit you to a booking.
• Quotes are based on the details you give us (pickup, destination, date, time, passengers and luggage). If those details change, the price may change.
• No hidden extras: you only pay what you’re quoted for the journey agreed.

Bookings and payment

• We recommend booking at least 3 hours in advance.
• We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. Card payments are made through a secure, encrypted booking system.
• Your journey is arranged with a transport provider registered with us. We pass you their details when your booking is confirmed.

Changes

To make changes to a reservation, contact a member of our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

Luggage, children and accessibility

• Extra luggage items can be added to a reservation. Please contact our customer service team, who will discuss any costs with you.
• You can make a reservation for a child under 2 years. Please contact us so we can make the necessary arrangements.
• If you require a bus or coach with wheelchair access, please contact our customer service team before booking.
